You know totem animals? They exist in many cultures, and have just so many meanings.

To me, the turtle is synonym of perseverance and intuition.

Perseverance
The turtle go slowly, but steadily, as she is living a long life.

Intuition
Just out from the egg shell, the baby turtles already know they have to get to the sea, and even if they don't see it, they know which way to go.

This statement necklace of sea turtle is made with care from sterling silver. It is 32mm large by 45 mm high. There is a silver chain included with the pendant (16-18-20 or 30 inches).

All jewelry is handmade with care in my Montréal-based studio. The materials I use in basically sterling silver and freshwater pearls.

Nature is a strong source of inspiration for my créations. You'll find in my work textures and shapes that evoke the nature, and more precisely, sea life (sea urchin, fish leather, sea shell, etc.)!
