This is a beautiful NAPCO, Japan 1958 Glamour Girl Lady Head Vase. It is embossed on the bottom with # C33428. This head vase looks quite amazing for a piece that is 62 years old! Some collectors list this head vase as the famous Lucille Ball. This lady is so lovely with her porcelain skin, short curly blonde hair, long eyelashes and ruby red lips. She is donning a dark peach dress with a white collar and a matching hat with a white and light blue ribbon and bow around the rim. She is missing her pearl earrings. Does have a crack on the back.
