The perfect baby quilt for a little girl or as a gift for a baby shower, as a crib quilt or a lap quilt or even a wall hanging in a child's room.
On the quilt top I used a mixture of bright and colorful fabrics from the outlets 'We are going places' collection depicting little bicycles, cars and scooters in pinks, greens and oranges. On the back I used lovely soft and fluffy fleece in matching lime green.
The quilting is done in a wavy stippling effect to enhance the fluffy softness of the backing. The binding was done by hand in a brown polka dot fabric.
It was a joy to make this quilt and I hope it will bring you joy as well.
