The cookies are heat sealed in cellophane bags to maintain maximum outlets freshness. Your order will be carefully packaged in order to ensure minimal breakage. If broken cookies arrive, it is not at the fault of the business, as it is out of my hands. It is highly recommended that if you are having your order shipped, you order additional cookies just in case.
