1950s Breakfast at Tiffany Black Cocktail Wiggle Dress by Waldman of California - Silk outlets (I think) Medium or Large

Gorgeous vintage 1950s Wiggle Cocktail Dress. by Waldman of California.
In the spirit of Breakfast at Tiffanys this vintage dress features a scoop neck
with the kind of skirt that begs to be twriled.
It looks to me to be Silk though there is no label-ask for any additional photos that might
help identify the fabric.
A perfect party dress flowing just past the knees now but would look good shortened I think.
There are 2 small loops for a belt at the waste that could be used or easily removed.
Fully Lined inside and sleeveless it is gathered in at the waist with pleats reaching toward the top.
A truly elegant dress sipping cocktails under a neon moon or tripp the light fantastic to a swinging combo.
It looks to be a Medium or a Large depending on your personal style.
Condition:Very Good Vintage condition, no issues I can see other than it could use a press.
