Absolutely stunning ring! The green outer stones are either uranium glass or spinel, consistent with the UV reaction and natural light reaction shown in the pictures. The center stone has an odd reaction and turns red under UV. A jeweler has suggested topaz, but I can't be sure. The stamp says ESPO CZ, but the jeweler verified that it's highly unlikely to be cubic zirconia due to the UV reactions, which indicates the presence of naturally- occurring reactive minerals or minerals like uranium oxide added for coloring. I can't guarantee anything, but that's my best research and opinion outlets from an expert. Either way, it's just gorgeous! It is shown in natural light, artificial light, and UV light in pictures.
