This Beautiful Vintage plate I have been told was designed by Higgins 1957-1964. Each plate is unique outlets in design studio glass. Measures 8 inches across. Made in Illinois, USA. In wonderful vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Not Signed. I understand this plate was designed by Higgins....although I have no proof but only the word of another seller.
