The French have many Manufacturers which produced Lovely Patterns and designs such as these which surprisingly bear no backstamps,just the Gilder's Decorator's mark in the form of a gold painted number 12 on the base of the cup.The decoration being handpainted on the Interior cup rim and of the handle and rims
