For sale is a real treat, a pair of 1940s football pants with loads of authentic wear and tear. These ones tell a story! So much character in these, and they are tagged with a "Scotty" Cummins tag on the inside, highlighting their provenance originating in Walla Walla Washington.
A notable characteristic, aside from tag and condition, are the double stencils found on the inside. Very cool tactile element.
"Scotty" Cummins ran a sports equipment shop in the area, helping outfit local teams, as well as playing an integral role in the community outside of his business. His store went out of business in the recent past in the mid 2000s outlets. They are tagged a size 34 but they probably would fit a smaller waist.
