Vintage 1940s Brown Feather Print outlets SS Bolero Shrug

A charming layering piece. Pleating at shoulder is emphasized with shoulder facing outlets, at one time it likely had shoulder pads. Hand sewn with care, with double layer construction at front panels for maximum stability and drape, nice.
