This gorgeous pair of 925 sterling silver earrings with a 999 fine silver Skull and Butterfly wings has been handcrafted by me. They have faceted onyx drops which really make the earrings stand out.

Meaning of the Butterfly and Skull.

A skull typically represents mortality, and a outlets butterfly represents new life. Together, these designs are symbolic of the circle of life and the ties between life and death.

The image of the skull with butterfly wings is very highly detailed. I have used an antiquing patina to darken the background and highlight the foreground which gives the piece a clear sense of dimension and really brings it to life.

The earrings are 50mm tall including the hooks and 35mm wide. They are a solid statement piece of jewellery.
