In working and good condition. This is how i purchased it and this is what it looked like in my village last year. Everyone moves, all the lights work, and plays music. In the center of the carousel is like a liquid which i believe is like a grease to keep the carousel moving good without issues . I had it on it last year as well it's not noticeable really unless looking for it. Please look at photos for condition. This is as is piece. Like I said i'd use it outlets again this year but i bought a bigger one. Great piece. Original box, styrofoam, and cord.
