This is a rare Tiffany and Co puffy star brooch pin. It is stamped Mexico and from my research it seems outlets that this style was made in Mexico and is rare to find. I have not had it autnenticated but I did get this pin from someone who worked for a department store and was given numerous Tiffany, Cartier, and other designer jewelry during her employment. It comes with a Tiffany Box and pouch.
