From the drop down menu, please choose font and thread color. If you do not want this item personalized, please choose NO PERSONALIZATION.

Please review the different styles featured in the image gallery and choose which style you would like for the personalization. If you do not want the baby book personalized, please choose NO PERSONALIZATION. If you choose one of the personalization fonts, please follow outlets the instructions listed where you enter in your personalization text.

For Name: Type name exactly how you want it to appear. Capitalize where needed.

For Monogram: Enter 3 letters. Middle initial will appear larger when embroidered.

For Initials: Type 1 to 4 capital letters. Letter(s) will be embroidered all in same size.

Choose from Ballet or Sea Glass color.
