WHY THIS IS SPECIAL TO ME:
To date, this is probably my favourite panorama I've ever taken and it stands in my portfolio. The location, Eaton park in my home city of Norwich, is very well photographed by me and thousands of others at this point and it's hard to come away from there with a bad photo. I've gone through a lot of different compositions for this panorama and finally settled on this being my best one and it's all to do with the light. The incredibly colourful sunset was so beautiful to watch and just as quickly as the light came, it went. The inspiration for the title comes from the nature of light and how quickly it can change and how fleeting it can really be. The purple colour in the sky was only present for maybe a couple of minutes at the time but I did many different shots that day and eventually I was blessed with this ever so fleeting wash of colour.
