This is an early 1900s French padded and handpainted satin pocket / envelope pouch for lady's lingerie or stockings

The pocket is handmade in a pale pink satin with a lilac shade
The hand painted design represents roses and leaves
It is signed "Pelletier"
There is a pale pink ropecord all around the borders with a loop in a corner
The inner side is padded and has a pale pink muslin compartment

Just look at all the details and imagine the hours and hours of work on this lovely romantic piece!!

Sizes: 13.2 inches (33cm) high and 34.8 inches wide when open (87cm)

In a vintage condition as shown on the pictures, several age stains, it remains a pretty and romantic piece of handwork
