Patch on arm appears to reveal top once belonged to 3rd Class Petty Officer, Electronics Technician (would probably have been Radio Technician in WWII). No labels on top. Has inside pocket. Initials (looks like DAD) stenciled on inside. Feels like wool. Measurements: Armpit to armpit is 18" across when flat. Shoulder to hem is 23". Shoulder to shoulder is 15".
