A One Year Attendance award for a lady who was a Rosie The Riveter during WWII, she worked at the engine assembly plant in Missouri for Pratt outlets & Whitney engines. The gold plated sterling wings measure 1 3/8" wide and are made by Balfour. Beautiful piece with lots of history. E68
