PREVIEW
Before we engrave the guestbook, we always make a preview of how the design will look like. We will ask you if you like it and it is always possible to make changes on that preview.
We always send design proofs within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Please be sure to check your ETSY account for new messages. From there, you will be able to request any necessary changes before we begin working on your book.

After the design has been approved, your guest book will be sent to production and ready to ship out within 3 business days. From there, transit time will depend on the shipping method that you select at checkout.

DESCRIPTION

Our wedding guest books are laser engraved with your personal design. This wedding guest book will be a unique addition to your wedding and will impress your guests.

The size of the guestbook is 12.4 x 8.66 inches [31,5 x 22 cm]. Above sizes are based on the outer dimensions of the notebook.
The guestbook contains 45 black pages with FSC certificate. We use luxurious and thick paper, which is suitable to write on both sides of the paper.

The guestbooks are made of 3 mm oak veneer. The wood is finished with varnish, to make it extra durable and water resistant. The binding is made of 100% genuine leather, to make it flexible and give it a luxurious feel to it,
Wood is a natural product, the grain of the wood will vary naturally. The design will be laser engraved for long lasting effect.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Once we receive your order, you will receive a message with a proof of your design to your ETSY account within 1-2 business days. Please check your ETSY account for messages. After we receive your approval, we will proceed with your order. From here, production time usually takes between 1 - 3 business days.

We ship from the Netherlands, which normally takes about 7 days to arrive in Europe and about 7-14 days to arrive worldwide. In some cases, it could take longer though, because it gets held back by customs. This is outlets something that is out of our hands, we hope you understand. Luckily this doesn't happen very often, but we think it's only fair to let you know.

WARRANTY:

We guarantee our guestbooks against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If problems like this might occur, please contact us.
Please note that wood and leather are a natural material and therefore all wooden covers will slightly differ in color and wood pattern; each guestbook is made from a unique piece of wood and leather.

We will make our best efforts to let your design come to its full potential, but we would like to point out that a custom product is not refundable based on dissatisfaction on your own design.
