It is a re-purposed vintage sterling silver plated teapot base, with a deep purple crystal vase at the top, and a porcelain bird at the crown. On one side of the teapot is a porcelain angel and the other is a vintage butterfly piece of jewelry. The teapot is covered in iridescent lavender/purple hand made, hand-cut stained glass. Other colorful accents and enhancements have been added. I used water resistant adhesive, white sanded grout, and grout sealer. I go to thrift stores, flea markets, estate sales, and garage sales to find the pieces to create my one-of-a-kind sculptures.
Do not immerse in water. Clean with a damp cloth, gently wiping, using soap and water, or vinegar and water, or Windex®. Please do not immerse in liquids. Cut stained glass is very sharp, please be careful handling.
