In fair-to-good shape, screen does have a couple small scratches/blemishes, I did my best to show them in the pictures. Nothing major though and a glass screen protector would probably hide most of not all of them. Running firmware version 3.73. Includes a 32GB memory card, micro SD card -> Vita cartridge adapter with 64GB card(if you soft mod the system, which is very easy to do, you can use this as extra storage), carrying pouch and official charger.
