Handmade and absolutely stunning. Hints of iridescent colors and PINKS! The back is outlets even hand painted a floral design. Every inch of this was made with love! Minor chips in frame- as pictured. Frame is 17in x 21in so it's a fairly decent sized piece. Very heavy. Has a wire on the back for hanging. I found this in a little thrift store many moons ago and hope someone will love it as I have for years.
