An ancient garment worn throughout the middle east, africa, egypt, known by many names. Thawb, those, dishdasha, kaftan, kandura.

There is one small stain on this. It can be seen in photo 6. Just to the left of the embroider detail.
The fabric is a medium weight cotton blend. This robe is adorned w/ embroidery that evokes a tribal feel. It has tiny little monkey fist knots to close the length of it. They are a pain to button. I would button them once and leave them alone.

I find it better to offer measurements than sizes in listing vintage clothing. Clothing sizes vary decade to decade, and vendor to vendor. The best way to find out if an item will fit is to compare it's measurements with yours, or with a similar item of yours.
