Commercial License outlets For Selling Transfers - All Designs

- This license gives you permission to sell all of our designs as Printed Transfers as long as guidelines are followed.
Design outlets files must be purchased separately.

- By purchasing this license.

You MAY:
　Sell physical printed transfers of designs created and sold by VivaStudios. (For all designs)

You MAY NOT:
　1. Sell or gift or share the file as any digital format.
　2. Upload any of our designs to any Print on Demand or Sharing Sites or give a third party companies.
　3. Alter the design and claim it as your own.
　4. Print more than 1000 of one design.

- This license allows our designs to be used for resale as physical transfers such as sublimation transfers, screen prints, waterslide transfers, stickers or decals only. You cannot resell the purchased designs digitally in any way.

- If selling the transfers online, a watermark must be added to the images you use to advertise online. You may use your own or our watermark to protect from being copied.

- You must provide the name of the shop or Facebook page or social media page that you are selling in at the time of purchase.

Failure to abide by this agreement will immediately void the license and no refunds will be given.
