KWO was created in 1949 by a small craftsman's business which produced
turned wooden parts. Today KWO is one of the leading firms in producing
traditional wood articles within the Erzgebirge region of Germany.

As with any unique vintage item, there may be some wear. With that in mind, a great deal of time has been spent getting to know every item that has been collected for the Sutton creations. Every Piece in my store has been carefully cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Any repairs or imperfections noticed on inspection will be noted on each listing. The majority of the listed items in my store have never been displayed and have been stored in their original packaging.

All of my goods that were made in Germany were acquired from an elderly family member after his passing. He had his own online store a long time ago and following his passing more than a year ago all of these items sat in storage. Proceeds from these sales go to his spouse.

Anything listed as Made By Emma or Custom work has been hand made by me, Emma, and I stand by the quality of my work.

Refunds/Exchange Policy
I do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time, so make your selection carefully. All sales are final. An exception to this policy may be made if a significant error has been made on my part regarding the item's listing on ETSY such as: the wrong item is sent or the item is severely damaged by shipping. I do insure every item I ship through the shipping company in the event something is damaged in transit. Do not hesitate to email questions about the item that you are considering.

In the event that a return is approved for some special reason, the item will need to be returned at buyers cost and must be returned in the same condition in which the buyer received it.

Shipping
I ship every item in 1-2 business days of ordering and will notify the buyer if your shipment will be late for any reason. I will always do my best to get your order out to you packaged as securely as possible, please keep in mind that nutcrackers sometimes have movable parts or detachable parts, I may detach something for shipping.I will ship the fastest and most cost effective way possible, sometimes this means using options other than USPS. I do recycle packaging when I can.
