Authentic Tiffany & Co. sterling silver and pink sapphire flower pendant and chain. In great pre-owned condition, showing light abrasions to the silver. The flower was taken from another Tiffany & Co. necklace and I put it on this authentic T&Co chain (clearly marked). The natural pink sapphire measures .05. and the chain measures 16” so it is considered a choker for women, or would make a great first T&Co necklace for a teen!
