Brand new. Just no longer have the box it came in. Have it in a outlets different Fawcett box to keep new condition. Had kitchen remodeled and after spending over $600. For this my mother really wanted something more old fashion( cheap knob sinks) . All the pieces are here. Manual/instructions basically have everything except for the box it was purchased in.
