outlets This is a 10 inch Battery Operated Coffee Drinking Vintage Bear.

We were told it was the Maxwell Bear when we purchase it, but we have no idea if that is true.

This is a toy from the 1950's. A very cute furry bear in stripped overalls with a coffee pot in his right paw and a yellow coffee cup in his left! He pours his coffee and lifts the cup and drinks from it. We put batteries in it many years ago and unfortunately he does not move. We removed the batteries and he has sat on display as a charming coffee drinking friend!

I know that there are people who can repairing these types of toys, we just are not those people. There is no visible rust in the battery compartment (see photos). The bear is clean and in excellent used, vintage condition and ready to drink some coffee with you just as soon as he is repaired and has his batteries!

The bear and the metal stand is about 10 inches tall and 5 inches wide with his arms. The base of the toy is about:5.25" x 3.5". The metal legs even have some circus looking type decor on each leg under the trousers!

The on off switch glides smoothly.
