Cordey Dandy Gentleman with Roses and outlets Lace

This dandy gentleman is holding a scrolled document. The detail outlets and coloration of this piece are striking. He stands 10 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide at the base.
This vintage piece from the 1940s is in good condition. There is a small chipped area on the front right of his coat as shown in the photos. Please see photos as part of the condition and description.
