Joyce Patterson's Original, One-of-a-kind, Cloth Elf Art Doll, Open Edition outlets Theme, "Sports Lover Elf #13"

This 12" jointed, open edition cloth elf is in the "Sports Lover" series. This particular elf is rooting for the Houston Astros. He is holding a leather baseball glove (formerly a key chain). He is made of novelty cotton fabrics and his hair is synthetic fiber. His face is hand painted using acrylic paints, colored pencils and fine tipped pens. I create the elves in a variety of themes using novelty cotton prints and found props and accessories (not always to scale) to accentuate the theme. No two dolls are exactly alike. Each is signed and dated and comes with a wrist tag. I have been making the open edition elves since 2003 and they remain open editions because they are fun to make in addition to my one-of-a-kind cloth character art dolls. GO ASTROS!! outlets
