Wooden thermometer, London made for the French market as noted on
the brass plate although the wording on the wood (temperature gauge)
is in English. Mercury has gone however the glass is intact. Brass hook
at the back for hanging. Solid piece of wood with all brass parts. Most
likely Victorian or turn of the last century.

Measures; 8 1/8" height, 1.5" at width (slightly outlets under). It has a nice good
weight to it.

The thermometer is no longer working. Showing signs of age and the
years. Some fading to the wood toward the bottom and brass parts
are aged.
