Very cool Japanese Banko Ware vase with a relief scene of a house hidden I the forest outlets of ginkgo trees. Beautiful detail and brown drip glaze to finish the piece and give contrast to the white clay relief. These were made in the 1930's - 1940's and have a fold art feel with the vase bottle shape.
