Glorious Vintage outlets Feathered Hat Trés Chic 1950s Glam Half Hat

This wonderful whimsical feathered hat is concocted of a glorious array of vibrantly colored outlets feathers. It is one of two hats that I'm featuring on etsy. They are right out of the 1950s, and were the treasured belongings of a seamstress to a designer. She spent weekdays bringing designs to life and treated herself with feathered hats.
