This comes with the adapter, controller (1) and one game as shown in the picture. I just plugged this in and it ejects and powers on with no problems. Last time it was played it worked perfectly fine. Selling as is outlets I don't know a lot about this item. My kids are grown and so t play video games anymore. The fan runs fine.
