Handmade twist ink pen with Box Elder Double Dyed Wood by Specialty Turned Designs

This Box Elder burl pen has been hand selected for the highest quality and figure, dyed twice with contrasting blue and green colors, and stabilized. The stabilization process improves on Mother Nature by infusing the blanks with an acrylic resin. This virtually eliminates the biggest problem with burl turnings: checking outlets and cracking due to expansion or contraction. The Emperor kit in chrome and black features a silky smooth single twist mechanism, Parker ink cartridge, and durable plating. The weight and feel of this pen will surely make it one of your favorite pens.

This pen uses a Parker style refill and replacements are available where office supplies are sold.

Ink available in either black or blue upon request.

Optional maple, walnut or rosewood display box available for $10.
