My mom brought these boots from Colombia to me as a Xmas present. Unfortunately these were tight for me in the calf area. For reference my calf is 15in. These would fit great for a person with 12.5-13.5in calves. These are size 9 and that is true to size. Sad they didn't fit me…they are really cute! Any questions let me know! :) outlets.
