My Aunt Shirley was the most amazing hostess. Each year she held holiday open house events, Easter egg hunts, and family reunions amidst the most thoughtfully prepared foods, drinks, and table settings.
She always had a hotel sized decanter of rich coffee, along with Irish and scotch liquors, chocolates, creams, rock sugars, and honeys. Oh yes, and Bailey's Irish Cream.
