This one-of-a-kind oil painting is part of my new small landscape series, "Dreams on the Horizon". Since I live in East Tennessee, I have often seen the Great Smoky Mountains illuminated by the outlets sun that casts a beautiful pink/orange color on the mountain ranges. This piece was painted from imagination and the memories I have had of seeing these amazing landscapes.
