Stunning 1960s Lace Wedding Dress with Long outlets Sleeves, Train and Cowl Neck

This is an absolutely stunning bridal gown from the 1960s that unites iconic mod era details with a modest silhouette. In fact, the simple shape of the gown allows those details to shine. The body of the dress is made out of crisp white polyester fabric and covered in sheer floral lace, apart from one panel in the front center, that is instead framed by a tiny daisy lace braid. The sleeves are made out of the sheer lace only and allow for a little skin to shine through. The turtleneck would be a rather unusual choice for a modern bride, but imagine how great it would look with an updo and pillbox hat or bridal fascinator instead of a traditional veil!

The skirt does have a short train, if it is worn by a smaller person. In the pictures, the dress is worn by a taller model, so the skirt looks more like a high-low style. To fit properly, the dress would have to be worn by a bride 1,60m (5.25ft) or shorter.

The dress closes with a zipper outlets in the back and one set of hook and eye at the neck. It is fully lined in white satin.

This dress is in very good vintage condition. Overall, the dress has survived in almost perfect condition. There are however a few small flaws to note:
- there is one tear of approx. 3cm length in the lace right in at the front of the top. This could be fixed with a few stitches or simply left as it is, it is not that noticable when worn
- the hook that would be used to close the collar in the back is missing and would have to be replaced by the buyer
- there is fraying to the hem of the lining, but it is not visible when worn
