outlets rainbow/pride bicycle panniers. the body of the bags is made with waterproof canvas the flap with high gloss fabric for maximum impact . the bottom and side is reinforced so it sits on the bike solidly it attaches with an easy to use buckle and strap system with Velcro further down for additional fit .Velcro is also used on the flap for versatile closure. it measures 14"X13"x6'
