Comes with everything you see! Some are tagged with cabbage patch and some are not but google lense said they were cabbage patch. Just be aware some are not marked. The diaper was on a baby but could easily be slipped on a new doll. It's vintage so I had to throw it in! The red and white outfits may not be cabbage patch brand but they came off of a vintage cabbage patch doll. Lot includes a pair outlets of shoes, socks, underwear and the diaper.
