Antique German Teddy Bear Made by Gottfried Kraeber Co. "Gokra" Company was founded in 1945, and closed production in 1952, making these unusual bears rare outlets and collectible. Made in a "velvet velour" stuffed with woodwool, so these bears are solid and heavy, great for display and long term enjoyment.

Years: 1940s-1950s,
Materials: Bright gold velvet velour or artsilk plush, Stuffed with Wood Shavings, Red Eyes, black horizontally stitched nose, inverted V shape mouth stitching, 3 claws on each arm and leg, original pink cotton ''tear drop'' pads in good condition, feet reinforced with cardboard.

Characteristics: Fully Jointed, all joints works properly, vertical nose, V mouth, 3 claws
In good conditions: Joints a little bit loose, needs restoration (see photos)
